Returns Policy
At Ceremony Designs, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your order, please contact us in writing via email within 3 business days of receiving your item.

Returns for Exchange or Credit Code
Once your return request is received and approved, we’ll ask you to send the item back to us for review.
To be eligible for an exchange or credit code:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging

Ceremony Designs reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements
Once we receive and inspect the item and confirm it is in resellable condition, we will issue either:

An exchange, or
-
A credit code for the value of the product (valid for 12 months from issue date)

Refunds are only available for faulty or damaged products

Shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer

Sale items, promotional discounts, and purchases made using credit codes are final — no returns or exchanges
Pre-Orders
Please note that all pre-orders are made to order.
For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds once your order has been placed.
Faulty or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that your product arrives faulty or damaged, please notify us via email within 3 business days of delivery.
Once approved:

You’ll be asked to return the product to us

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

Once inspected and accepted, we will issue a refund, exchange, or credit code
Please allow 3–5 business days for refunds to be processed to your original payment method.
